MY FAVOURITE FOOD

                                                                      SPAGETTI
The origins of my favorite food is made Italy about 1874 , the word pasta comes from Latin pasta , itseft the latinistation of the Greek pasta.
                                                                        RECIPE
Ingredients:
-250g.of pasta
-8 slices bacon , cut in half crosswise
-4 eggs yolks
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-2 claves garlic ,minced
-1 cup grated Parmesan , cheese , divided
-1/8 teason ground nutmeg
-1/8 teason white pepper

Preparation:
·Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil . Cook bacon in a heavy skillet until crisp.
·Cook te pasta as directe on package .Meanwhile , combine the eggs yorks , cream , pasta is cooked , half the Parmesan chesse . When the pasta is cooked , drain , reserving about 1/3 cup cooking water .
Serves 4 minute .
